1. Store hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT Monday-Thursday and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CT Friday
2. All orders shipped by ground freight. Air freight available at additional cost.
3. MINIMUM shipping charge is $10.00.
4. Freight is not refundable.
5. In-stock orders placed by 3 p.m. CT will be shipped the same day.
6. Any order (except non-stock items) may be returned within 10 days for full refund (less freight). No returns after 10 days. Returned items must be shipped prepaid
in original packaging in original condition and insured for purchase price. Please call for Return Authorization number BEFORE SHIPPING!!!!! Items with no RA number on box will be refused.
7. In-store credit issued for returned items.
8. Non-stock and clearance items may not be returned (indicated at time of order).
9. Damaged shipments are the responsibility of carrier and all claims must be handled through that carrier.
10. Prices subject to change without notice.
11. At our discretion, we will match any web advertised price assuming equal
payment terms.
